Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get started with Blessed Bucks?

It’s easy. Just take a $1 bill and write “May you be blessed with health, wealth and joy” anywhere on it. I prefer to write it in the top right corner. Then take the bill and hide it somewhere that it can be found – such as in a book at the library or a greeting card. Just make sure that nobody sees you do it, don’t wait around to see it discovered, and don’t tell anyone that you did it. You can also use larger bills if you want.

Why can’t people see me do it?

When you’re spreading Blessed Bucks, you’re creating an energy force that is aimed directly at the person discovering what you’ve hidden. Getting other people involved breaks up the energy, thus making it weaker. The same applies to telling people you did it.

What if I get caught?

There are no laws that prohibit leaving money for strangers. When you first start using Blessed Bucks, you might be a little bit nervous about going into a public place and hiding money. But it is actually very exciting! Once you get used to it, you probably won’t feel as nervous since you’re obviously not doing anything wrong. But I think there is always an excitement about it that never gets old, no matter how much you do it.

How often should I do it?

Most people like to do it every week, or every few weeks. It’s nice to keep the positive energy flowing. But do it whenever the urge grabs you. The positive energy and excitement is what re-reinforces this, so don’t let it become a boring routine.

If Blessed Bucks are part of a money spell, does that mean I’m being Satanic?

Of course not! In fact, the message on Blessed Bucks are intended to bring you blessings from God. Spells have nothing to do with your religious beliefs. They are simply an exercise of energy focused on a particular person or situation. Don’t pay attention to the stereotypes you learned about witches from Disney movies. In fact, I prefer to look at this as a random act of kindness instead of a spell.

Who makes the rules of Blessed Bucks?

They aren’t rules so much as they are just suggestions based on past experiences. Blessed Bucks are supposed to be fun, so don’t take them too seriously. Just spread a little joy to your fellow human and wish good things for them. You will touch their life in a way they will never forget!
